ADVERTISING ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Components Source and our associated publication family are committed to tireless advocacy for small business, supply chain diversity, and sustainability within the B2B high-tech components manufacturing and engineering sectors. We believe that a diverse supply chain benefits everyone and reflects a stronger commitment to social responsibility.
As part of our mission, Components Source maintains specific eligibility criteria for our advertisers across all of our technology-focused e-news sites and e-marketplaces, and thereby helping to ensure that our community remains aligned with our brand focus and core values.
To be eligible to advertise or promote your products and services on our sites, your business must meet one or more of the following criteria:
- Be a B2B manufacturer, sales representative, service provider, or distributor operating in one or more of the niche technology and market areas served by our sites, namely:
- Aerospace
- Battery, Electrification + Energy Storage
- Commercial HVACR Technology
- Electronic Components Manufacturing
- Industrial Automation, Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) + Machine Vision
- Industrial Process Control
- Photonics + Optoelectronics
- Renewable + Sustainable Energy Technology
- Robotics
- Semiconductor Technology
- Sensors, Instrumentation, Testing + Calibration
- Smart Industries (includes Smart Manufacturing, Smart Cities, Smart Agriculture, + Smart Grid)
- Be classified as a small business ($65M USD or less in annual turnover)
- Be at least 51% owned, led, and controlled by a diverse owner, or otherwise have a formal policy promoting the prioritization of supply chain diversity and related policies across your global operations.
- Show commitment to the prioritizations of small business set asides within our technology areas of focus.
- Be an industry OEM, distributor, or other entity that actively hosts small business and diversity programs, and particularly, supplier matchmaking events or Supplier Diversity mentorship programs.
- Operate your business in accordance with the export compliance and commercial trade laws of the United States of America.
In support of this initiative, and when submitting materials to Components Source publication site(s), we will ask all advertisers and content contributors to self-certify to the following:
